All orders are shipped by United State Postal Service (USPS), UPS and DHL on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your credit card is authorized and captured, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. 

To track your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or uncontrollable events.

For non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

No Returns

Exchange Policy

Please notify us within 7 days of item delivery to initiate an exchange. Exchanges will not be accepted past 7 days from the date you receive your package. The 7 days will start once you received your package, not the day it is shipped. 

Please email shopmecla@gmail.com if you need to request an exchange authorization. 

All  exchanges must be in the original condition ..not worn, damaged, and tags should still be intact in the original placement. 

If you have an exchange and you are not able to find a replacement item, you can choose to have a store credit issued to you. 

As we transition from made-to-order to small batch production, your exchanged item must be from our current stock. Soon the entire site will small batch production and there will not be a made-to-order listing. Until then, please email shopmecla@gmail.com to get a list of available items. 

After you return your item for an exchange, you don't have to exchange right away. You have 6 months to use your store credit. After that, it will expire. 

All sale merchandise, including sample sale, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. 

We are not responsible for shipping costs for items being returned to us. 

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

Thank you for honoring our exchange policy. We aim to provide excellent customer service and communication. We wish we could be more generous with returns and exchanges, but as a small business that is not possible.
