All orders are shipped by United State Postal Service (USPS), UPS and DHL on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your credit card is authorized and captured, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
To track your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or uncontrollable events.
For non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Please notify us within 14 days of item delivery to initiate a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted past 14 days. The 14 days will start once you received your package, not the day on the day it is shipped.

All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition ..not worn, damaged, and tags should still be intact in the original placement.
If you have an exchange and you are not able to find a replacement item, you can choose to have a store credit issued to you.
All sale merchandise, including sample sale, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
We are not responsible for shipping costs for items being returned to us.
